Research Health Scientist at the Center for Management of Complex Chronic Care at the Hines VA Hospital in Chicago and a Research Assistant Professor within the Program in Health Services Research at the Stritch School of Medicine, Loyola University, Chicago. Research and teaching interests: consumer health informatics, specifically individuals living with chronic conditions and how they access and use health information as well as the development of consumer health information services.
